This teen class is designed to offer teens mindful ways to help manage their everyday pressures and uplift their spirits.
Teen Yoga and Meditation is taught on alternate Thursdays at 4:45-5:45 by Kelly Corbitt, Yoga Instructor and LCSW. Cost is $15.
