Tijen is also a certified yoga, meditation and Pilates instructor. She is RTY 200 with 350 hours of training in various yoga methodologies. She has 500 Hours of Comprehensive Pilates Instructor training and training in Mindfulness Meditation Programs.

What is Team/Group Coaching?
